MARMELI Couples & Singles Retreat
With Marta Cascales and Mel Semé
February 13 - 16, 2026
Held within the winter embrace of the Berkshires, MARMELI is a couples and singles retreat devoted to the practice of connection—within oneself, between partners, and across community. Guided by Mel Semé and Marta Cascales, the gathering invites participants to explore what it means to meet one another with presence and care.
The retreat unfolds as an immersive personal-growth experience, weaving together music, movement, wellness practices, and intentional dialogue. Designed for both individuals and couples, the program offers practical tools for communication, commitment, and connection—the foundations of healthy, evolving relationships. Through shared ritual and reflection, participants are invited into self-discovery and relationship as a living practice.
Music sits at the heart of the weekend. Live performances, piano meditations, breath-sing, and Marta’s signature Piano Bath create moments of resonance and stillness, allowing sound to open pathways between inner and outer worlds. Embodied practices—including workouts, dance, forest hikes, sauna, and couples massage—bring the teachings into the body, grounding insight through movement and touch.
Structured Ágora Talks explore the Marmeli framework and the “three C’s,” while women’s and men’s circles offer space for honest sharing in held, intimate settings. Communal meals, including a signature silent dinner, become ceremonies in themselves—inviting presence, attunement, and connection beyond words.
Whether arriving alone or alongside a partner, each participant is welcomed as they are.
Limited to 10 Couples & 10 Singles
